Our Lovely Town

If any of you are looking for the perfect site for any kind of new business, we might be the place for you.  We have a general population of around 1200 people.  We are centrally located and close to many different towns: Topeka, Lawrence, Holton, Atchison and Kansas City.  We are on a major trucking route so having a way to ship your products or receive them would be no problem at all.  We have a ready made work force just waiting to have someone come along and offer us a place to work.  We have an excellent school system and community library.  We offer summer baseball, softball and swimming lessons at our local pool.  We aren’t far from several golf courses including the one here in Jefferson County.  Come and look at us and give us a chance to provide what you need.
